BioGrade Trash Bags use EPI additives (ASTM 6954) that can facilitate breakdown (over many years) when placed in an appropriate compost facility environment. The extent and quickness of breakdown will depend on the surrounding environment and product formulation. EPI TDPA can potentially enable total breakdown of polyethylene bags within 24-36 months given the right disposal conditions.

Features: EPI Additives: EPI additives can help speed up the breakdown of bags by 100's to 1,000's times faster than conventional bags when placed in an appropriate environment with moisture, microorganisms, and oxygen.
